1. How does the gift ordering process work?

  • Once you have found one of more gifts and added them to your basket, you will be asked to login or register if you have not previously set up an account. 
  • You will then be taken through a couple of steps to enter your details, select a few options and then you will be presented with a review page. 
  • Once happy you will proceed to our secure payment page where you will be asked to enter your card details.
  • On successful payment you will be sent a confirmation email and then unless instructed otherwise, you will receive a letter by post together with a gift pack containing specific information about your gift(s). If you have bought this for someone else you can give them the gift pack, post it or include it within your own personal card.

2. Do I receive a gift card or pack?

  • Yes, you will have the option to specify how many gift packs you require.  (e.g. you may be buying more than one gift for the same person so will only need 1 pack).  If you specify 0 packs we will assume you don't want to receive any details by post for this order.

3. Can I pay by cheque or over the phone?

  • Currently to keep our overheads low, we don't accept payments by cheque or phone. 
  • However we do use a trusted 3rd party payment provider (Worldpay) so using your credit card online is actually securer than giving us the details over the phone.
